HI FB family & friends. I just learned about this and wanted to share it with you! Recycled Wardrobes is a nominated CHAMBER ALL STAR! whoot ;) the following is the scoop! Recently, our organization completed our “School Lane Banner Project” on Grand Ave. It is a source of great pride for our organization and we have had positive input from the community at large regarding the project. It would not have been possible for us to launch this project without the assistance of our members and the community and we are so appreciative of that! However, there are three businesses that we would like to nominate as Chamber All-Stars. Without them, the banners surely would not have been possible and they are….1. Recycled Wardrobes: Owner, Deann Alsaker donated $550 from the sale of prom dresses at her shop! Her words to us were “ Recycled Wardrobes combines Good business & good works!” 2. NB Municipal Water and Light: They were Johnny-on-the-Spot in getting our hot-off-the-press banners up and flying high in time for the North Branch High School Graduation. In addition, they keep the existing banners on Main Street looking good and switch them out with the American Legion’s flags during patriotic holidays. 3. Indigo Signs: Our contact at Indigo Signs, Randy Andrews, has been with us every step of the way making sure the sizing and logistics of the banners was correct. He made sure that all of the different art work for the banners had the same color red – not an easy task! Yes, that’s his business but then on placement of our order, his company donated $600 to the banners! Thank You NB Chamber of Commerce for all you do and for your All-Star Program which gives us a place to showcase businesses that go over and above! Christine Larson, Presid Laura Scaramell, Vice-President North Branch Beautification Association
