HI THIS IS CARLOS I just got in the mail the OMRON Full body sensor body composition monitor and scale model HBF-516.... It measures 7 things: weight/bmi/%body fat/%body skeletal muscle/resting metabolism/body age/visceral fat. MY FIRST RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: BODY WEIGHT 205 / BMI 31.2 / BODY FAT% 14-15 / SKELETAL MUSCLE% 41 / RESTING METABOLISM 1906 kcal /BODY AGE 63 / VISCERAL FAT 14.......now bare in mind that everything is looking really good until the fu#_:?g machine said that my fu#!/_g perceive age is 60 fu#:=ng 3 , so I did some reading of the instructions book and here is what it says (:Body age is based on your resting metabolism. Body age is calculated by using your weight,body fat% and skeletal muscle% to produce a guide to whether your body age is above or below the average for your actual age....) Now WHAT THE F##K DOES THAT MEAN? Well I have a theory: ask me and I will tell you....
