HI all, the €1000 security deposit is dictated to us by our insurance company. All campervan/motorhome hire businesses (That Im aware of) require large security deposits as unfortunately accidents happen, especially when driving vehicles larger than most are accustomed to. We are aware that that €1000 is a lot, especially with the current climate so we do our best to accommodate customers and can spread the deposit over 2 or even 3 cards if necessary. We are also the ONLY campervan/motorhome hire business to offer a Park n Stay service whereby we will deliver a vehicle to a location for a customer and pick it up again afterwards. Thus no driving involved so we only require a security deposit of €500 to cover breakages. We started this venture in an attempt to make a campervan experience more accessible to everyone.
