If you like sustainability and decreasing reliance on fossil fuels whilst simultaneously mitigating climate change from a community level - theres a great film which you should come and see tomorrow night at the FreOasis rooftop - In Transition 2.0. The communities that hail under the banner of the Transitions movement are popping up all over the planet in response to the threats of climate change and peak oil. These groups take a positive pragmatic approach to addressing these issues and in the meantime get to reap the side-benefits of community connection and social capital in the process!
