HIP, HIP HOORAY, Its HIP Week - Day 4! Todays upbeat message is from Jane Bates: Its an exciting week at Amphion as we celebrate our Coding, Compliance & Quality teams during this the 25th annual Health Information Professionals (HIP) Week. Greetings from your HR Department and our newest Amphion Energy Bus, called the No Vampires Allowed Energy Bus! In celebration, were offering you FREE rides all this week! Im guessing you may encounter people this week, at work, at home, at play, who are energy suckers! Jon Gordon refers to them as Energy Vampires (check out his Energy Bus book, if you havent already done so). Amanda Gore refers to these people as psychic vampires (amandagore). Whatever term we use, our No Vampires Allowed Energy Bus awaits you! We want you to have super-charged, positive-energy exchanges with all of Amphion this week! May I recommend that you NOT surround yourself this week with pessimistic, frustrated, angry, cynical interactions. Avoid them at all costs! Rather, join our energy bus where we all pull our own weight, the sun is out, people are laughing, and we are productive and collaborative! Negative Nancys, beware!!!! Our bus is going to gently bump up against you this week and good things are going to happen! Join Pam, Minnette, Lois, Betty, Emmy, Monica, Katie, Rachel, Alisa, Brenda, Jackie, Lisa, Nicole and Karen! This bus is giving off HIP HIP HOORAY energy this week! AND, we know you have energy to give, too! Weve reserved a seat with your name on it! We want you on our bus! So as a first step, take time for yourself this week. Its essential! Regenerate your battery at home and at work! Call me if you need a jump-start or a boost to your reserves! Maybe youre a working mom, a single mom, caring for elderly parents or a disabled child, a new HIM grad, and/or ICD-10 challenged, regardless, we see you as true professionals, multi-tasking, and talented. We recognize greatness in you! Show off your talents this week and know that we are so proud to be working alongside you! Gorgeous, fabulous, brilliant, talented, endless-potential riders, all aboard! Whos that? Its Jane! We all work hard and thats why we must make time for fun and frolic after work! I enjoy girlfriend monthly get-together game groups (bunco and keno); golfing; couples dominoes monthly event, and bowling on a Thursday night mixed doubles league.
