HIRING FOR HOSPITAL MALE RADIOLOGY DOCTOR AND FEMALE NURSING DIRECTOR Al-Wafaa Hospital is 100 bedded private, most modern, well equipped and state of the art hospital located in Unaizah city Al-Gassim, Saudi Arabia. Unaizah is 380 Kilometers away from Riyadh and 500 Kilometers away from Madina Munawarah, a beautiful and green city of the Kingdom. IN NEED OF FEMALE NURSING DIRECTOR QUALIFICATIONS 1) Education: • Bachelor Degree in Nursing • Master Degree in Nursing Management or related field and currently licensed as such. 2) Experience: • Minimum of Ten (10) years clinical experience in acute care hospital • Minimum of Five (5) years experience in a senior nursing position in a hospital of more than 150 bed capacity. • Two (2) years experience in a rehabilitation facility desirable. 3) Skills and Knowledge: • Technical Skills: Possesses working knowledge about methods, processes, procedures and techniques for conducting the activities of the department. • Interpersonal Skills: Possesses knowledge of interpersonal communication; ability to understand the feelings, attitudes and motives of others from what they say and do; ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner; ability to establish cooperative relationships. • Conceptual Skills: Possesses general analytical ability, logical thinking, proficiency in concept formation and conceptualization of complex and ambiguous relationships; ability to generate ideas and problem solving; ability to analyze events, perceive trends, anticipate changes and recognize opportunities and potential problems. • Leadership Skills: Possesses the ability to organize and plan work activities, make decisions and accept and delegate responsibility; ability to set direction (“vision”) for area of responsibility and effectively communicate the direction (“vision”) to subordinates. Acts as a role model for all staff in delivering professional, competent and culturally sensitive services to the patients and families of the Humanitarian City 4) Others: • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. • Current license to practice as a professional Registered Nurse in country of origin and preferable in Saudi Arabia.
