Production Manager Job Description: • Oversee the production at the Concrete plant. • Develop & implement strategies to ensure all plant & equipment is operational and meeting all legislative safety requirements. • Develop & implement strategies to supply concrete at the lowest delivered cost while meeting target customer requirements. • Understand the business structure and needs of each customer. • Coordinate and promote safety first and be involved in the development of safety initiatives. • Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies as part of the strategic planning process. • Produce detailed reports which measure performance against standards & specifications. • Finalize RMC products, its specs, process for raw materials, its method storage etc. • Work independently with the ability and desire to have control over the day to day operations of the business and responsibility for the business bottom line. • Scheduling of customers orders at RMC Plant.
