HIZB RULES OUT HAND IN TRAL BLAST, BLAMES INDIAN AGENCIES Militant outfit Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Saturday distanced itself from the Tral grenade blast that claimed two civilian lives and blamed Indian political parties’ rivalry for the attack. “We, the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen, want to make it clear that we have no connection with the grenade blast that occurred at Tral Bus Stand,” the posters attributed to the militant outfit, which appeared in Tral town of south Kashmir, read. “All this is the outcome of rivalry between political parties,” it said, and expressed ‘heartfelt’ sympathy with kin of slain civilians and with injured persons The posters further read: “It is the handiwork of Indian agencies so that we (Hizb) get defamed. We, in strong words, condemn the attack.”
