HOME MADE BUTTER Ingredients; 1 Litre of Raw Cream ¼ Teaspoon of Rock Salt Cream is best a few days old Cream needs to be at room temp before Beating Beat, as if whipping cream Keep beating as it gets thicker And thicker and then it separates Strain off Buttermilk Put Butter into a bowl of cold water Gather butter into a ball and knead it Add ¼ tsp of Rock Salt (Optional) Keep rinsing and kneading Until the water runs clear Butter will keep in the fridge for about 2 weeks It will make approx 400 grams of Healthy Butter It will be the BEST butter you have ever eaten!!
