HOME SWEET HOME ~ Thursday afternoon we headed out the door to Southern Maine for Nicksons Specialist appointment, for his Knee Pain, Friday morning & a BONUS of staying the weekend with Phils family & some much needed catch up time! Nicks appointment gave us a few answers, but more testing is needed to narrow down an exact diagnosis. At this point his symptoms lead to the diagnosis of an INFLAMMATORY DISEASE with an MRI & bone scan is in the near future. He is now on a perscription anti-inflmatory & it seems to be helping already! We will hear from the Specialist on Tuesday as to the results of x-rays & blood work & we are scheduled to return to Portland in June. It is nice to have better answers! It was WONDERFUL to spend some much needed time with Phils brother, 2 sisters, their familys, Nana, & Aunt Linda!
