HON MOHAMED ADAN HUKA:A MASTER OF IMPUNITY? It is now clear that Hon Huka is corruption and corruption is Huka.The honourable Mandera South legistlator who is a political novice has mastered the art of corruption faster than he could master politics.An upheaval is brewing in El Wak town to the impact of Hukas misappropriation of CDF money.Of the Ksh.14M presumably allocated to cater for bursary funds, Ksh.4M is unaccounted for.Lack of access to media,cover from clan lords,illiteracy of the locals and the Big Man syndrome has provided immunity for Huka from public scrutiny.Corruption isnt only a crime in the Kenyan penal code but also a sin in our religion.When plundering money allocated for the poor souls who have put their trust in you,it is an act of economic war.During the campaign periods,Huka rode on various promises that have emerged to be as fake as Chinese products.Of all his promises is that which he declared to support those students joining teaching courses.He has terribly failed in this.Among those denied bursary are four young and determined men undertaking teachers training at Nyeris Kamwenja teachers training college.These are: 1.Mr Abdiaziz Issack Nurrow 2.Mr Abdifatah Mohamed Yussuf 3.Mr Kerrow Mohamed Hassan 4.Issack Hassan Dabaso.
