HOT TOPIC: Some St. Louis area Family Dollar stores are making headlines for requiring customers to remove their hoods before entering the store. It’s an idea that has also found its way into the Oklahoma legislature as well, with Sen. John Barrington, (R – Lawton), introducing a bill which would make it illegal for someone to conceal his or her identity in public by using a robe, mask, or other disguise.
