MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC - Administer and develop compensation system and appraisal performance systems. - Manage employee’s health and benefits, and employment records - Control and develop HR policy/regulations including working time control, reward & penalty, and labor’s complaint resolutions etc to ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. - Develop and executive training programs to improve employees’s KSA (knowledge, skills, and abilities), build up career development plans for employees - Co-operate with functional managers to allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. - Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. - Being a Human resource leader to set up the goals and instruct, motivate the team to achieve the goals KINH NGHIỆM/KỸ NĂNG CHI TIẾT - Experience as Human resource manager or expert at least 3 years, preferably in manufacturing industry. - Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication. - Fluent in English both spoken and written - Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense - Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills, and leadership skills - Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication ******* CONTACT INFOR: Email to: [email protected] add: Xuong 2-3, Duong so 1, KCN Long Thanh, Đồng Nai, Việt Nam Contact name: Nguyễn Trần Anh Thư
