HOUSTON FRIENDS I am planning to deliver care package items to Catholic Charities for the refugee children who are streaming into Texas. If you would like to contribute, I will take everything over. Please PM me if you would like to donate items, and I will give you my address. I will be collecting this weekend and Monday and delivering the stuff on Tuesday. The following items are needed: Backpack Bottled Water Bus Tokens Reading materials in Spanish (Bibles, books, workbooks, teen magazines) First aid kit Hygiene items/ Toiletries (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash/Bar Soap, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Brush/Comb, Deodorant) Non-perishable food items (easy to open and don’t need to heat up) Small blanket Wipes Also, If youd like to donate money, I can give you a contact at Catholic Charities who is collecting specifically for this purpose.
