HOW ABOUT MAKING MONEY!!! As a Business consultant having worked in many destinations and a professor in many business schools clients, my own students, sometimes even their parents ,have asked me ....sir, How do I make money? Well I suppose everyone agrees that its Money that makes the world go around-or at least, makes the ride a LOT EASIER -Right? .So Do you wish you had more of it? If your answer is yes, then read on....for my 4 TIPS on making money!!!!! Making money is easy for some and for many-they never see enough of it .So what’s the secret?..So let me share 4 secrets with you. Aj Sudeeps first 4 ways to make money quickly-without breaking rules of course... SUDEEPS RULE NO 1: Do you have something which you could make money from? At home you could find old books, stamps, old amulets, watch or something which might be rare-antique. Read these 2 true stories___ If youre in need of some quick cash, here are 2 stories of people who found a fortune when—and where—they least expected it. story 1 I n November 1992, a farmer living near the village of Hoxne in Suffolk, England, lost a hammer in one of his fields, so he asked Eric Lawes to use his metal detector to search for it. While looking for the hammer, Lawes happened upon something else of interest - 24 bronze coins, 565 gold coins, 14,191 silver coins, plus hundreds of gold and silver spoons, jewelry, and statues, all dating back to the Roman Empire. As required by British law, the so-called Hoxne Hoard was reported to the local authorities, who declared it a Treasure Trove, meaning it was now legally the property of Britain. However, the government is required to pay fair market value for a treasure trove, meaning the farmer and Lawes split a cool £1.75 million. The Hoxne Hoard is now on permanent display at the British Museum, drawing thousands of people every year. story 2 One day, an employee at a tool-and-die company in Indiana spent $30 for a few pieces of used furniture and an old painting of some flowers. When he got his new stuff home, he decided to strategically hang the picture to cover up a hole in the wall that had been bugging him. Some years later he was playing a board game called Masterpiece in which players attempt to outbid one another for artwork at an auction. Much to his surprise, one of the cards in the game featured a painting of flowers that looked a lot like the one he had on his wall. So he went online and found that his painting was similar in style to the work of Martin Johnson Heade, an American still-life artist best known for landscapes and flower arrangements. Through his research he found the Kennedy Galleries in Manhattan, which handles many of Heades works, and asked them to take a look at his painting. They agreed and were able to verify that the piece of artwork covering the hole in his wall was a previously unknown Heade painting, since named Magnolias on Gold Velvet Cloth. In 1999, The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston purchased the painting for $1.2 million dollars. SUDEEPS RULE NO 2 The Investment route- There is always an opportunity to invest in something..But we don’t always seem to be able to find this. One of my students came to me 2011 with this story--teacher my mom gave me 250,000 ThB going to Australia to study English for 3 months. I don’t want to go so ajarn can you teach me English? And I can spend this money for my next holidays in Korea..Good idea or not Ajarn? I started teaching her spoken English-4 weeks learn 300 words vocab. Then one day I asked her what happened to the 250,000? She told me I already spent 40,000 on clothes and on refitting my car. So now I only have 210,000. I am so sad...pl help me ajarn make some money.. I decided to help her. I told her if she could keep the money where I asked her to invest for a minimum time of 39 weeks she might be able to recover some of her lost /spent cash. So I told her lets go for copper..$3.0545 a pound. She invested all of 210,000 ThB. (OCT 2011), When she did this we kept the investment until sep 012 and she followed my advice we sold this with the price at $3.7145 a pound.. she made $1512 on her investment of just $7000(210,000 Thai baht) or she made a profit of nearly 22%..I imagine if she had invested 10m THB-She would have got nearly 2,200,000. She was so happy and came to me with a invitation to go and have lunch with her...needless to say her English skills went up too in the same time. SUDEEPS RULE NO 3 The discovery route This method needs you to watch, wait and jump in..? find this amusing? well its like this. See where people seem most happy spending their time..example a gift shop, a cookie shop, a bakery or even as a internet cafe shop like True cafe. Consult someone you trust before you jump in,,,, say something like an internet shop at Bangsaen or Khonkaen where business is moving well-many new homes coming up. ONE SHOP IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND YOU COULD BE EARNING ANYTHING FROM 10,000 THB A MONTH TO 8000-12000 net A MONTH ON YOUR INVESTMENT OF SAY 400,000 THB. So this is a return of 36% per annum-Good ??? SUDEEPS RULE NO 4 The personal asset route Each person is special. you have something which no one has-May be a beautiful and charming voice, or you sing so well but you dont know or you can look so beautiful through a camera lenses of an expert. I as a Business and marketing consultant have selected so many people who never modeled or acted before to do few time modeling/dance numbers for audition and when they got selected-they were so happy. Now they were somebody from nobody. -One girl working in LG who came to me for a part time advertisement modeling work- got an approval after I did the profiling for her-for audition. She did a part time advertisement and liked it so much she made this her career-and became a reasonably good career model for few companies and car shows. So If you think you got something or even f you enjoy dancing with your friends, or enjoy acting before a mirror or like to play being a model-come for an audition. Who know it might just change your full life... A part time model or a singer if she or he can release one solo number could earn from few hundred dollars to a few thousands...
