HOW BAND MEMBERS ARE FIRED IN ZIM BANDS (1)The band leader simply looks for your replacement without your knowledge,one day you come for a practice session only to be told the band has a gig in Bulawayo right now,no one told you about the gig&since you were not told about it&they have left without you it means you are fired Or you check your fellow band members facebook statuses&you see them posting thanking God about having arrived safely in another city for a gig that you were never told of,thats when you know you have been fired (2)The band leader looks for a replacement,you are notified that you will be sharing your role with the new member,but when you come for practice or go for gigs your turn never comes till you go back home,this goes on forever till you read between the lines that the silent treatment means that my services are no longer wanted.if you decide to stop coming the band leader will simply sayHe left on his own What do you think?
