Answer: They will have privacy settings so that only their facebook friends who they have qualified can leave a comment BUT they will have their like button open to the public..smdh. That is that old coward trick because they made so many enemies and been check mated so many times they scared of REAL FEEDBACK. They only want friendly feedback and not to be challenged.
