HOW TO BE A FULLY COMMITTED DISCIPLE OF JESUS CHRIST - PART 10 * DISCIPLES MUST WITNESS AT ANY COST - COMMISSION (CONTINUATION). Mark 16vs15-16: And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. We must completely obey the commandments of our Lord Jesus Christ by fulfilling the Great Commission. We must endeavor to preach the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ everywhere. We must be witnesses to Him in this sinful world. We need to know the Word of God in our heads, store it in our hearts and sow the Word of God in the world. The Holy Bible refers to us as witnesses: a lawyer argues his case: a witness tells what he has seen and heard. We must be confident in sharing our faith by witnessing at any cost. Romans 10vs14-15: How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things! 1 Peter 1vs23: Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the Word of God which lives and abides forever. SALT HEALS: Our world is sick and needs salty saints to minister to the needs of the people. We should heal the people spiritually, physically, emotionally and financially through the Power in the Name of Jesus. Philippians 2vs9-11: Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. SALT BURNS: Saints are going to irritate some people of the world because of our moral values, Godly conduct and Godly characters. They could lead to oppression, suppression, persecution and discrimination. We might not be treated fairly in the sinful world. John 16vs33: These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world. Our Lord Jesus Christ admonishes us in John 16vs33 to endure, persevere, forbear and be steadfast in faith in the face of opposition, persecution, tribulation, circumstantial situations and storms of life. But we must remember that our Lord passed through or experienced the same situation when He was physically on earth before He was eternally glorified. Our Master overcomes satan, sin, the flesh and the world. We can only experience genuine peace in Christ because He is our Burden Bearer! HALLELUJAH! GLORY BE TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD! KING JESUS CHRIST REIGNS FOREVER! AMEN! WE SERVE THE VICTORIOUS KING JESUS CHRIST!
