The Bible says sin does not have power over dead people Romans 6:7 Stop your old habits and prevent yourself from be in tempting situations e.g never travel alone, put parental control on your DSTV and your computer, do not spend time alone with another woman, etc WALK IN SPIRIT. If you are guided by the Spirit, you wont obey your selfish desires Galatians 5:16. PRAY in the Spirit whenever you find your mind wandering FOCUS ON GODS WORD and allow Him to remove your lustful thoughts and actions (Romans 12:2) KEEP ACCOUNTABLE TO A CHRISTIAN MENTOR
