Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the purpose of the Human Resources Advisor role is to act as the first point of contact for all HR queries and provide generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and staff. This is not an entry level position and candidates must have recent experience of working at HR Advisor level with a good understanding of UK employment law and of the practical implementation of HR policy and procedure. Strong Excel and Word skills, including formatting, formulae, pivot tables and mail merge is a must. Travel to other locations is an essential aspect of the role and candidates should ideally hold a full valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
