HR Assistant Manager RM 4,500 - RM 5,500 5 days work Based in Klang and Shah Alam Responsibilities: Responsible in payroll processing. Ensure HR policies and guidelines are communicated and executed to staff. To analyze, review and further develop the HR and Admin policies, employees’ handbook and practices which to be implemented and executed in a professional manner and in compliance to the current market practice and in line with the company’s goals. Ensure the compliance with all Malaysia Government Legislation and Act, local authorities and regulations. Handle staff disciplinary matters. Identify and evaluate training needs. Responsible in staff recruitment, conducting interview, orientation programs, training, compensation and benefit. Plan and direct Human Resource Management activities to maximize strategic. Initial quarterly staff gathering or activities and organize annual company outings. Involve in monthly operation meeting. Requirements: Possess at least professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma. Preferably with 2 years experience in related field.
