HR Call for Candidates to the Position of HR and Administration Intern Position: HR and Administration Intern Reports to: Logistics and Administration Manager Location: Cairo, Egypt Application Deadline: 15 August, 2014 About RCREEE The Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency is an independent not-for-profit regional organization which aims to enable and increase the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency practices in the Arab region. RCREEE teams with regional governments and international organizations to initiate and lead clean energy policy dialogues, strategies, technologies and capacity development in order to increase Arab States’ share of tomorrow’s energy. RCREEE was founded with the broad aim of providing a unique learning and exchange platform on renewable energy and energy efficiency in the Arab region. rcreee.org Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Personnel Support • To maintain the Human Resource Information System records • To maintain a hiring plan and coordinate the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with the internal regulations. • To review applicants’ CVs and arrange interviews • To draft hiring reports and employment contracts • To coordinate the orientation process of new employees and relevant arrangements Office Management To manage daily operational performance of all administrative tasks To manage paper work department: edit, review and prepare all documents, agreements and reports of the Logistics and Admin department To manage incoming/outgoing correspondence including phone calls, info mailbox…etc To handle team meetings: scheduling, gathering topics, taking and disseminating minutes • To disseminate and follow up on administrative decisions and security alerts • To coordinate the procurement process Arab Program for Sustainable Energy Youth (APSEY): • To draft the program announcement, assist in announcement dissemination and responding to inquiries • To carry out initial screening of applicants CVs • To coordinate the intake of regional interns including interviews, relocation, placement ... In addition, she/ he will work on relevant coordination tasks as advised by the management Requirements and Competencies Qualifications: B.A. University degree in business administration, or related discipline Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar organization. Summer training/internship will be taken into consideration.
