Profile Details are: (1) Effective management of staffing operations (which includes post recruitment activities; process improvements; designing of various processes).- CLRA : understanding of labor licenses, applicability. Understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, bonus, gratuity: Deduction n returns understanding. (2) Work closely with corporate functions like legal & FINANCE to ensure smooth operations for existing & new customers. (3) Client connect at senior levels in the organisation. (4) Handling end ensuring closure of all escalations. (5) Overseeing statutory & compliance handled by the team (including labor audits; inspections; obtaining various licenses. (6) Team Engagements.
