Act as senior level advisor on HR issues to other executives and all level of employees throughout the company. 4. Plan and recommend manpower and HR operational budgets and manage expenditure and reports on budget variances. Qualifications: 1. Outstanding commercial and strategic business insight. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Diplomatic and negotiation skills. 4. Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations. 5. Numerical and budgeting skills. 6. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and applicable labour laws. 7. 10-15 years of experience of broad based HR experience or 8 of them in managerial level.
