The role is nominally based in Jeddah in the western region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia KSA but some travel will be required within KSA and overseas. Candidate Requirements An experienced rail operationsregulatory engineer with 20 years plus experience and strong interpersonal skills. Some regulatory experience can be from heavily regulated nonrailway industries such as nuclear or chemical. At least 5 years must be from within the rail industry ideally to include high speed and multicultural experience.
