HUGE paradigm shift right here. Thanks to people going overboard attacking religion and buying what theyre told, people who call themselves skeptics have infused more faith in science than ever. How long will it be before people realize the weaknesses built into the scientific method? This isnt a developed idea but it doesnt take much creativity to suggest other scenarios thatd explain a red shift. Physicists need to get off their high horse and utilize artists and philosophers for more than just entertainment purposes. So many of the on-the-cusp theories are beyond ridiculous and yet science supporters buy them hook, line and sinker, out of a respect for the authority of leading physicists. What we have here is religious, dogmatic behavior, NOT reasonable skepticism.
