HUGOS TRAINING JOURNAL - WEEK 1 Hugo is a 4 month old Cockerpoo who is coming to weekly Nurse Clinics with Mel. Hugos owner is coming for help with training to focus his exuberant zest for life into a happy well behaved puppy. Hugo and his owner are attending Local Puppy Classes, but felt they needed a little more time and help. Hugo is a very intelligent puppy who loves to learn as has learnt to Sit, Lay Down, Stand, Stay and his Name at Puppy Classes. Last week Hugo added to his list of things to learn in the tricks of LEAVE (so he doesnt keep running off with and eating anything he can get hold of), to STOP JUMPING UP (so he can learn to meet people nicely whilst out on his walks), to STOP PLAY MOUTHING (so his little sharp teeth dont catch his owner and visitors alike), and to have CALM moments before going through a door for a walk (as he is very excited about all his walks). Hugo is so far showing great promise and is looking forward to his next session to show off his new skills
