HUNTER COAN GIVES NEW MEANING TO CRASH TEST DUMMY....too bad dummys cant DIE OH MY LORD - Will Hunter Coan ever be stopped?? As I type this is utter disbelief Dr. Hunter Coan has yet caused another traffic accident in north Alabama! It was near Haleyville two weeks ago that Coan had ANOTHER wreck. In a motion filed by Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Wright on Sept. 24, she asked the judge to revoke Coans $75,000 bond, citing information from Marion County DA Jack Bostick. According to Wrights motion, Bostick said Coan ran other vehicles off the road and was observed to be impaired during the traffic accident. To allow the defendant to remain free on bond . . . seriously endangers the safety and welfare of the citizens of this county, the motion said.In objection to the prosecutors motion. BUT defense attorney Dennis Knizely filed a response with the court, and objected to all of the facts presented by Wright. In his motion, Knizley wrote that Coans accident only involved his car, and happened when the defendant was suffering from an immediate onset of a medical condition causing severe stomach pain and cramping.
