Ha! My method of getting John Masier to see a movie with me is thus - 1. Call John with the intent of getting him to see a movie you know he will like. 2. Once John answers the phone MAKE NO MENTION OF #1! Talk about anything but that. 3. Wait. Wait until John asks what you are up to. This might happen immediately or take a whole fn HOUR! Yeesh.. 3. (Did I just list #3 twice?) Yes, because its still not done. Once he does ask what you are doing you must not mention the movie that you know he will want to see. Talk about going to get yourself some jeans or whatever he knows you will not ask him to accompany you. 4. Offhandedly mention that you were thinking of going to see said movie with space pirates or whatever. 5. CHANGE THE SUBJECT! You planted the idea now talk about Mothra or a RUSH song. RETREAT! 6. Start making that you will end the convo since you have to be on time to your movie... Wait... Wait... 7. At this point you have a 30/70 chance that he will say You, uh.. Want some company for your space pirate movie? 8. Enjoy a movie with John Masier.
