Hackathon Theme: For the Good of Humanity We the increase of home automation we realize that more sensor and data were being generated and installed at our home. As everybody knows the increase of energy and water consumption has also increase exponentially. Therefore, we decided to create an app where we would collect all this data and provide the user with an interface where they could make sense of their consumption, and take action to waste less energy, water and others. This was done by integrating voice recognition (Google) + Cassandra database + iOS SDK + Highcharts visualization engine and Java+spring framework as our restful webservice. This video was part of our presentation in the end of hackathon. In the beginning Im showing the time that was recorded, to proof that we recorded this morning :) We are also showing my mouth to show that we are really talking to the app. I hope you will enjoy.
