Had Moxies 2-year post-adoption visit today. I really like our social worker. Shes okay with the fact that I am not perfect. Moxie however, is perfect, at least to me! The following conversation took place in the span of just a couple of minutes last night (Sister moves fast!) Moxie (while jumping on my bed): I am ready to mess with E-LECK-TRICKETY!!! Me: No you are not. That will kill you. Moxie: Okay. I dont want to get keeled. Oh, hey, can I drive that? (the vacuum cleaner) Me: Sure, get to drivin. Moxie (pushing the vacuum down the hall) Im allwees gonna be your baby. Here you can push my baby buggy. Dat babys name is Chicken Leg cause dats what she eats. That other one? I dont even know her name. When I get big, you can prolly still carry me, but, you better get bigger. And, when I get big my teeth will fall out like Maisys and Patricks and I will show you the teeth hole!!!! I love my Mox. She told the social worker that we were going to have chocklick cake on Happy Moxie Day and that the cake will say I love my fuh-lama-lee. She thanks God every night in her prayers for her fuhlamalee. I thank Him constantly for her.
