Had THE worst experience at The Commons today. We ordered two simple dishes (a chicken burger & a sandwich) which we waited for almost an hour to receive! Asked the so calledmanager multiple times regarding where the order was but he simply just did not take any notice. When the food FINALLY arrived this is what i bit in to : absolutely RAW chicken! It was disgusting. When i asked them to refund the money they were hesitating as if it was my fault. Not even an apology. This place has the worst service, customer care and food i have ever had. Absolutely disgusting.
