Had a contractor working on my bathroom at my apartment. Its hard - TopicsExpress

Had a contractor working on my bathroom at my apartment. Its hard being a pro and letting a pro work on your home. Not that he sucked but...ok he sucked. Lacked professionalism when there was conflict with the job. He didnt protect the rugs when he did demolition. Stained the rug. He failed to communicate the days results to the tenants so we would know if we had a working bathroom or not. The only bathroom in the apartment. He topped it off by leaving tools in our dining room over the weekend without asking us first if it was ok. Which it was not. Our apartment is 800+ sq ft. Not a lot of room. On a scale from 1-10 on workmanship Id give him a 4. My toilet seat falls on its own and tries to bite my cock off. He tells me the toilet is level... Anyone know what happens when you stand an unsharpened pencil on a level surface? Yes. Gravity doesnt affect it the same. It wont fall over unless taken out of 90 degrees by opposing force. Besides the fact that I checked it myself and its 3/16 out tilted forward. Sent him a picture of the level and said Im not a master carpenter yet but I believe the bubble should be in the middle. I gotta buy a house. I just cant get over the amount of money that goes to interest over 30 years.
