Had a great time down in Pt. Fermin, San Pedro, Ca yesterday. Visited Fort MacArthur and the Sea Lion Rescue. Here is a short video. We were not able to actually go in and swim and/or touch the sea lions as they are rescues. They are never actually touched by humans as they are being treated and rehabilitated until ready to be released back in to the wild. This video shows how they transfer them from one Pen to another by moving and directing them with wood boards. Again, no human touch. The seals get anxious about their playmates and themselves.
