Had a most surprising meal tonight . Our C.S.A. arrived and included a lunch bag full of wild chanterelles . My wife informed me that she had a 5yr old gewurztraminer to accompany any meal I might make with these golden delights . I boiled some spaghetti , browned the chanterelles in some butter and olive oil ,added some half and half and voila what a meal and it was so simple. Thank you whoever picked the chanterelles .
