Had a pretty interesting weekend at the Gym Jones Seminar over the weekend - one of the things that really struck home was - If your not willing to recover, dont bother training. It was an interesting way to look at it, in some ways training hard is the easy part, a lot of people are willing to work hard during a session but are they (and Im guilty of it) willing to put as much effort into their recovery work. Who has a set recovery plan or strategies that they follow already? Does anyone think that they are on top of their recovery?
