Had a really bad experience with our room when we arrived at All Star Sports yesterday...my husband and I were put in a room with two double beds. After calling downstairs of course they told me they had nothing open with a king room the rest of our stay...I had asked if they could change our resort and was told they would get back to me. I was in the elevator leaving for our dinner reservations and there was a person who works here asking about our stay; I didnt know who she was, but I proceeded to tell her how unhappy I was. Here she ended up being the head/leader of mousekeeing and said shed do what she could to push for us. Not even 15 minutes later I received a call from a supervisor who was so incredibly friendly that apologized and said he had the perfect accommodation for us! Not only did he move us to a king sized room but we are also now as close to the main bldg as we can be! I could not be more happy with his customer service...now as to why the front desk wouldnt assist me 10 minutes prior is unknown to me but magical things do happen!!!
