Had a really great day today. We had plans that got sidelined because of life happening. So our original plans got scuttled on the shores of not gonna happen. Our trip to S.F. area is going to happen another day. My Daughter was invited to a sleepover with a bunch of her friends. My Brother in law invited us to brunch with a good friend of his. My sons best friend invited us to his preschool graduation so we went. Just a full day of meeting what i hope are new friends and catching up with old friends. I have very few of these but today was a day where I felt everything went right. Up until Rose and I watched The Desolation of Smaug and then realized there was going to be another movie and both got mad at Peter Jackson. I looked at her and she at me and i better understand why this marriage works.
