Had a request for ideas on what to do with pineapple pepper jam. If its me.....and Im alone......I get a spoon and eat it right out of the jar! If Im not alone and have to behave like a civilized person, I like it with French bread and bleu cheese. Something about the pungent cheese and the sweet tart heat of the jam really seems to work. Slather it on and english muffin with cream cheese as a treat for breakfast. My husband loves it as a glaze for salmon. Really terrific as a condiment with any variety of pig. I also have a no heat pineapple thats just as delicious.
