Had a rewarding and pleasantly tiring day with Jaylyn. I am constantly in awe of her intelligent, strong, independent little self. Today she learned to blow the harmonica, sing the chorus of "La Bamba" while shaking maracas.. She sang her repertoire (on tune), played with Grandpa, Elvis, played in water on 3 separate occasions (one being bubble blowing soapy water) including buckets, watering cans and the hoses. We almost avoided the mud/soil in the gardens. We did somersaults on the lawn and I took her home with wet shoes and leaves in her hair. Thankfully the weather was great for being outside. I just love spending time with that little girl!
