Had a rough lesson learned as a parent last night. My 12 yr old has always wanted to see paranormal activity, so when it came on regular tv for an edited version, I figured whats the harm. He watches all of the old, great scary movies from the original Halloween to Chucky to Freddy. No problems. Loves this time of year so he can watch them all, edited of course. Cool. But PA took it to whole new level of scare I didnt think would get to him. What happened at bed time? He wanted to sleep in the same room with his younger brother, whom was also freaked out by watching his big brother get all nuts. So, we all ended up sleeping in the same room until morning. Ever time I tried to get up and go to my bed, they would wake up and make sure I wasnt leaving. rough, very rough night of not sleeping. wont be making that mistake again.
