TechniQuest UK limited, leading London-based home technology and high-end audio / theatre specialists, and Meridian Audio, the extraordinary British designer and manufacturer of world-leading audio and home theatre entertainment systems, celebrated their joint sponsorship of the Borodin Quartet at the Wimbledon International Music Festival 2014 as hosts of the official pre-festival music evening on Friday 7th November 2014. The Friends and Benefactors of the WIMF, as well as many of TechniQuests clients and friends turned out in impressive numbers to enjoy an evening that featured a fascinating talk by Richard Hollinshead, Meridians esteemed Director of Engineering, on the theme of how Merdian digital steaming and DSP technology unlocks the studio reference authenticity of his favourite classical music - followed by the reference playback of various beautiful pieces The Borodin Quartet will be performing live on 15th and 16th November 2014, via reference Meridian Audio digital streaming systems. The evening was a great success and a few initial images of a memorable night are attached to this posting.
