Had a very interesting afternoon. Went to Tanners pep rally. Left for Whitney around 4:15pm or so. Nice drive over there. Pulled into the parking lot at Whitneys football field and then it happened....he heaven opened up, the wind was blowing so hard that my Tahoe was rocking back and forth, lighting bolts across the sky and thunder do loud that I thought it would pop my eardrums and low and behold here came the rain coming down sideways. I couldnt even see the front of my vehicle. All I could think of was Tanners safety. Thank goodness, the coaches had them in the gym. On my way home, we literally saw 12 trees down either from the wind or lightening. Anyone that knows me knows I am mortified by lightening. One lightening bolt after the other. NEVER have ant to EVER do that again!!! So glad to be home with my boy in the safety of my home!! Thank you Lord for safe passage!!
