Had a very rough day. No longer think I should attempt to go home. My mobility just isnt adequate. Even if I did give it a try Id not have any way to get to MD appt , Id be a prisoner. I dont want to live like that. I would prefer life in a nursing home. I can accept not having any pleasure as long as I dont have to deal with it. If I were home Id want to get out and do things that I am not able to do. It would be different if there were a ramp to get in and out of the house and a vehicle that could carry my power chair. Im trying very hard to accept my situation but not doing well.I will be discharged from rehab on Thursday so I have only a few days to figure things out. My family is good to me and want what is best for me. I am sure things will work out for the best.
