Had an absolute blast in Miami and it was great seeing so many familiar faces, but (warning: small rant) my takeaway from pretty much anything related to the actual local service industry (from dining to cabs to nightlife) is that entertainment service in Miami is about like the same luck of the draw in dealing with a random TSA agent at the airport. Youll find some very friendly, likable and extremely professional folks amongst a much larger sea of ones who bark orders, treat everyone like cattle, have zero personality, and who mostly would get fired within 24 hours of working anywhere reputable in Vegas If they didnt change their ways. Im the first person to let things slide, treat everyone with respect and not take anything too seriously....but, wow, step it up Miami...
