Had an odd dream I started working in a gemstone/mineral shop for two people who seemed to be like close friends. They had a house for me to live closer to work but the house had a slanted floor in the bathroom full of urinals. The main hall had an obstructive platform and a few stairs that were blocking the path. I mentioned it would be a hazard for me since I am disabled and could fall in this house. I saw an odd cage-like door to the basement where a "sand golem" lived. I was afraid of it at first but came to understand it over time. I felt strange working in a place that I did not feel welcome in. With all of these things provided to me I still felt so unwelcome and just wanted them to be straight forward with me so I could stop hurting inside. My dream ended when my brother appeared saying the employer who Id sustained my injuries had decided to rehire me. I wanted to go back but I could never work there in my current state. I told him he misunderstood their message and they couldnt bring me back as Id been replaced long ago, and would be in danger there from the same hazards that got me this way. He admitted he was wrong but not before my mother heard him and peppered me with questions about when I start and every detail she could ask about. I woke up frustrated, annoyed, and also a little sad because I realize that close friendship with those people had ended long ago, and it just hadnt ever been said to me. I guess I should just close that door myself, before it turns into a resentment with them.
