Had back workout . Started with dead lifts followed by lat pull down , bent over row , straight arm lat pull down and one arm row . I guess after really long Im back on heavy weight lifting . I dont really lift heavy as its not really required for me . I do light weights paying more attention on contracting the muscles and usually do high reps . As now that Im high on carb intake would do moderate to heavy weight lifting . Once m low on carb would switch back to light weights with high reps . Remember - its not always imp to lift heavy , it actually depends on what u wanna achieve and also your weight lifting technique should be precise . Pay more attention on muscle contraction and not on the weights . Cheers
