Had same thing happen at the OCharleys in Harrison. My mom stood by the car where a dog was in a cage in hot weather (windows up tight). She called the cops but they didnt show up before the women that owned the car left. She gave them a piece of her mind...car had groceries in the back = that dog had been locked in that hot car through their grocery shopping and them eating at OCharleys. I wonder that the ticket would be for breaking a car window to get an animal out of that situation?
