Looking for a place to rent here on Gabriola. Would like at least two bedrooms, and a wood stove. I am a very clean and quiet person, have a 7 year old and am looking for a place that is clean with descent R value, and a landlord that wants the place kept up. Close to the school would be great but I am willing to drive for the right house. I can give references, have been a resident for many years and work on Gab. I am looking for long term as I am not willing to move out for the summer.
