Had some excitement while at the movie yesterday and I wanted to compliment Cinemark Frisco Square on how they handled it. An older lady fell going down the stairs during the previews. I ran down to check on her as my first thought was she had a heart attack. She did not. She had just missed the step and fallen hard. The theater quickly turned on the lights and stopped the previews. After she was taken to the ER by the paramedics, they started the movie. When we left, they apologized to everyone for the delay and inconvenience and gave us guest passes for our next visit. Unnecessary but really nice. Great customer service!!!
